Every rodent job starts with an inspection of the exterior and the common areas: roofline, vents, utility penetrations, trash enclosures, landscaping. We identify the species (roof rats, Norway rats or mice), place tamper-resistant bait stations and traps where activity is highest, and seal the entry points with steel wool, hardware cloth and flashing. Then we come back. Follow-up visits are part of the job, not an upsell.
Bait and traps reduce the population you have today. Sealing the building is what stops the next one from moving in. Most companies skip this step because it's slower. We don't, because we'd rather not be back at your property every month for the same thing.
